1 Entries close on Thursday 21st February, no entries will be accepted on the day, unless pre entries are poor.
2 Entry numbers, timetables and working hunter drawn orders will be available on our website on Friday afternoon before the show.
3 You must have had an email confirmation from horse monkey straight after you entered. If you have not had this email, your entry may not have gone through and won’t be valid
4. Back numbers need to be collected on the day in the show office which is located upstairs in Tophams cafe
5 STRICTLY no more than ten horses are allowed in the warm up area at one time.
6 the holding area should only be used if you are in the next class and a maximum of 7 horses in this area at one time
7 no spectators are allowed in the warm up area, this is for horses, riders and grooms only
8 class preparation (grooming, chalking) should be done outside, before you come into the warm up arena
9 Hats should be worn at all times in the warm up arena, holding arena and main arena
10 cars must park in the car parking areas when you arrive at the racecourse not in the lorry park. We have parking officials at this show who will guide you.
11 please do not miss your class. It is the competitors responsibility to keep an eye on the ring
12 dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after them
13 please leave the lorry park tidy ready for the next day
14 Tophams will be open for food and drink throughout the show
15 the heating will be on in the arena

NEDZ Showing Series
We are thrilled to announce that NEDZ are now the title sponsors of our Indoor Showing Series. 2019 will see four shows across the season plus a new points system – so get the dates in your diary!

- Nedz Summer Spectacular Showing & Working Hunter Show – 27th & 28th July 2019
- Nedz Autumn Spectacular Showing & Working Hunter Show – 21st & 22nd Sept 2019
Alongside the introduction of a new show at the Aintree series, next season will also see the start of an exciting points awards competition with the overall winner receiving a selection of branded Nedz goodies, alongside a lesson with one of our sponsored riders.
The points system for the competition will be awarded in each class as follows:-
1st – 10 points
2nd – 8 points
3rd – 6 points
4th – 4 points
Horse/pony and rider combinations will be awarded points which will be accumulated at each show that they compete in. A leaderboard will be produced at each show with the overall winner announced at the end of the Nedz Autumn Spectacular Show in September.
There will also be section winners from the In Hand, Ridden Ponies, Ridden Horses, Working Hunter Ponies and Working Hunter Horses. Points will be accumulated from each show and the winners from each section will be announced at the end of the Nedz Autumn Spectacular Show

AINTREE PARA EQUESTRIAN CAMP

Following on from the huge success of the Para Show jumping event and camp we ran last year, we are excited to announce another Para Training Camp, to be held at Aintree Equestrian Centre.
This will be an all-encompassing camp, covering all disciplines and ensuring there are clinics and activities for all levels and abilities.
PRICES/TIMETABLE
PRICE FOR THE CAMP IS £60, this includes all of the following:
Thursday arrival – Rider mechanics/coaches eye – Peak Remedial Therapies
Thursday evening – Pamper night/therapy discussion, with BS questions and answers session
Friday day – Equine massage demo, a showjumping lesson with Sarah Tubbs UKCCL 4 and polework lesson with Nicola McLeish UKCCL 3. Plus individual 1hr 30 min massage session for either the rider or their horse. You can choose which option you prefer. Times will be slotted in over the 2 days
Friday evening – Workshop discussion and demo with Chris Smith and Murray McLeish
Saturday day – Para competition, gallops, tour of Aintree, individual massage sections continued
Saturday evening – Social night in Tophams
Sunday morning – Para competition and goodbyes

Please note that this event will be PRE-ENTRY with drawn orders.
This is so we can do APPROXIMATE start times.
We strongly encourage competitors to enter ALL classes you intend to jump in, this will help us to more accurately predict APPROXIMATE start times.
We will be willing to refund if you decide not to jump as long as you inform the show office BEFORE the class starts.
Pre-entries will close at MIDDAY on Friday 1st March and the not before start times and the drawn orders will be on our website on Friday afternoon Juniors will run in the morning and the Seniors will follow on.
A limited number of on the day entries may be allowed, time allowing, provided you have already pre-entered at least one class. On the day class entry fee is £18
Please also be aware that it is strictly only 10 competitors in the warm up arena at one time and only 10 in the holding area, using the holding bays provided. Please respect the collecting ring steward.
