IMPORTANT NOTICES:

ENTRIES – Entries for the first day (Thursday 28th January) need to be done by midday on Tuesday 26th January to allow the drawn orders to be done. Further entries need to be done by 5pm at the latest the day before you are jumping. Entries may close early if the days are full.

CLASS WITHDRAWALS & AMENDMENTS – All withdrawals and amendments must be done by email to info@aintreeequestriancentre.co.uk

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON ANY CLASSES ONCE THE DRAWN ORDERS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED.

VACCINATIONS – As per our terms and conditions, all horses attending the Centre must be fully up to date with annual vaccinations, and must not have had any vaccination in the 6 days prior to attending. Clear images of all passports must be uploaded at the entry stage via Horse Monkey. These images must clearly show the pony/horses name and a full vaccination history, showing the primary course as well as the latest booster.

COVID-19 – as we are all aware, the guidelines and restrictions change constantly. Aintree Equestrian Centre strictly adheres to all local and national restrictions regarding travel, mixing of households and social distancing. Please make sure you are fully aware of the latest restrictions prior to arriving to the racecourse, as non-adherence will result in admittance being refused.

An information email is sent to ALL competitors prior to the event – please take the time to read it.

PRIZE MONEY – this will be credited back to the payment card used for entries after the event, please allow up to 10 working days for funds to be received.

STABLING – duration to include ad-lib haylage & 2 bales of bedding £120

ELECTRIC HOOK UP – duration £80

COMPETITORS MUST HAVE JUMPED IN A 1.35M OR 1.40M CLASS AT THE ELITE SHOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE GRAND PRIX
