On entering this show, you adhere to our terms and conditions stated on our website.

VACCINATION POLICY

As per our terms and conditions, all horses attending Aintree EC must be up to date with their annual vaccinations, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination. Clear images of all passports must be uploaded at the entry stage. These images must clearly show the pony/horses name and a full vaccination history showing the primary course as well as the latest booster.

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

Clients must NOT attend Aintree if they:
• Have been instructed to self-isolate by NHS111 or NHS Track & Trace
• Are in a household that is self-isolating
• Have shown any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:
o A new continuous cough
o An elevated temperature/fever above 37.8c
o A loss of smell or taste
• Have come into contact with anyone with a confirmed case of Covid-19 without wearing appropriate medical-grade PPE.

NEW FORMAT DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS

Only one competitor will be permitted in the main arena at once and a maximum of 5 people in the warm up arena.

Times will be given to each competitor once the entries have closed.

There will be no mounted presentations.

All competitors will need to complete a track and trace questionnaire on arrival and all attendees names will need to be provided at time of entry. Please note that no spectators are permitted and there should only be a maximum of two people attending per horse/pony.

Once entries have closed, all competitors will receive a useful email about the show and the new restrictions in place.
