| Vaccination policy if stabling |
As per our terms and conditions, all horses STABLING at Aintree EC must have had a booster vaccination against Equine Influenza in the PRECEDING 6 MONTHS, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination. The last vaccination must have been between the 2nd April 2022 and the 2nd November 2022. ALL PASSPORTS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. Horses will not be permitted to stable at Aintree if they do not have the correct vaccinations |

| Refunds | If you haven’t yet qualified and are relying on the second round show, we will allow you to book your stables, accommodation and hook up on Wednesday. If you don’t qualify we will issue a refund (minus the booking fee) but we must be notified in writing by email by the 31st October.
No refunds after close of entries.

| Prize Money | If you have won less than you originally paid when entering, then the prize money will go back onto the card you paid with. This takes between 2 and 10 working days from the final day of the show. If you win more than you originally paid, we will require your BACS details at the show office on the final day of the show, and this will be transferred into your bank account within 2 and 10 working days. If you do not leave your BACS details with us, this may result in a delay in processing your prize money. |
| Refreshments | Tophams cafe, which overlooks the arena will be serving hot food and refreshments throughout the show. |
