Entries Open Opening soon
Entries Close Entries for the first day (Wednesday 12th October) need to be done by midday on Monday 10th October to allow the drawn orders to be done. Further entries need to be done by 5pm at the latest the day before you are jumping. Entries may close early if the days are full.

Times and Draws These will be available on horse monkey the evening before each show day.
Stables £80 (including two bales of bedding)
Hook Up £60 per hook up
Bedding £10 per bale
Small hay/haylage £10 per bale
Large haylage £60 per bale (must be pre booked)
Vaccination policy if stabling

As per our terms and conditions, all horses STABLING at Aintree EC must have had a booster vaccination against Equine Influenza in the PRECEDING 6 MONTHS, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination.

The last vaccination must have been between the 6th April 2022 and the 6th October 2022.

ALL PASSPORTS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. Horses will not be permitted to stable at Aintree if they do not have the correct vaccinations

Refunds No stabling refunds after Monday 3rd October, although we will try and resell the stables if possible. If the stable is resold, we will then issue a refund.
Prize Money If you have won less than you originally paid when entering, then the prize money will go back onto the card you paid with. This takes between 2 and 10 working days from the final day of the show. If you win more than you originally paid, we will require your BACS details at the show office on the final day of the show, and this will be transferred into your bank account within 2 and 10 working days. If you do not leave your BACS details with us, this may result in a delay in processing your prize money.
Refreshments Tophams cafe, which overlooks the arena will be serving hot food and refreshments throughout the show.

COMPETITORS MUST HAVE JUMPED IN A 1.35M OR 1.40M CLASS AT THE WINTER CLASSIC TO QUALIFY FOR THE GRAND PRIX
