Late entries will be taken until 12pm on Monday 23rd June and will incur a £5 late entry fee.
Pricing

Stables:

1 night – £60 including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

2 nights – £90 including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

3 nights – £110 including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

4 nights – £130 including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

Stable deposit – £30 (cash on the day). Stables must be emptied on departure

Permanent stable tack lockers – £10 (cash on the day)

Small Hay/Haylage – £11 per bale

Bedding – £11 per bale

Hook Up:

1 night – £40

2 nights – £60

3 nights – £90

Accommodation:

1 night – £50 (sleeps 4 people)

2 nights – £90 (sleeps 4 people)

3 nights – £130 (sleeps 4 people)

First Aid – £5 per rider, per day

Vaccination policy if stabling

As per our terms and conditions, all horses STABLING at Aintree EC must have had a booster vaccination against Equine Influenza in the PRECEDING 6 MONTHS, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination.

The last vaccination must have been between the 30th December 2023 and the 21st June 2024.

ALL PASSPORTS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. Horses will not be permitted to stable at Aintree if they do not have the correct vaccinations

Refunds Refunds will not be processed once the drawn orders have been published. No stabling, hook up or accommodation refunds 7 days prior to the show.
Prize Money All prize money for this show is to be collected from the Side Saddle stand at the arena side. Any prize money not collected on the day will be forfieted.
Refreshments Tophams cafe, which overlooks the arena will be serving hot food and refreshments throughout the show.
