Friday clear round. Drawn order, timings approximate, depending on entry numbers.

Only open to ponies and riders competing at the small pony premier.

£12 per round, plus first aid fee.

70cm – 4pm approx

80cm – 5pm approx

90cm – 6pm approx

1m – 7pm approx

1.10m – 7.30pm approx

Pricing 

Stables:

Permanent Stable -£TBC including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

Premium Stable (Rubberised) -£TBC including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

Stable deposit – £30 (cash on the day), stables must be completley emptied on departure

Permanent stable tack lockers – £10 (cash on the day)

Hook Up – £TBC

Small Hay / Haylage – £8 per bale / £11 per bale

Bedding – £11 per bale

Accommodation – £TBC per room duration (4 beds, communal showers)

Accommodation key deposit – £5

First Aid – £5 per rider, per day

These will be available on horse monkey the evening before each show day.

Evening Entertainment There will be a bar open in the arena on Saturday evening.
Vaccination policy if stabling

As per our terms and conditions, all horses STABLING at Aintree EC must have had a booster vaccination against Equine Influenza in the PRECEDING 6 MONTHS, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination.

The last vaccination must have been between the 9th July 2025 and the 2nd January 2026.

ALL PASSPORTS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. Horses will not be permitted to stable at Aintree if they do not have the correct vaccinations

Vaccination policy if competing All horses ATTENDING BUT NOT STABLING at Aintree EC must have had a booster vaccination against Equine Influenza in the PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination. PLEASE HAVE YOUR PASSPORT AVAILABLE FOR CHECKING
Refunds Refunds will not be processed once the drawn orders have been published. No stabling, hook up or accommodation will be refunded after Friday 3rd January unless they can be resold.
Prize Money

Prize Money Notice

Anyone that wins prize money at Aintree International Equestrian Centre needs to update their BACS details on their horse monkey profile.

This information will then be used to transfer the prize money to their bank account.

Please note: It is the competitor’s responsibility to provide bank details in order to be paid prize money. Bank details must be provided via HorseMonkey within 7 days of the event, otherwise prize money will be forfeited.

Refreshments Tophams cafe, which overlooks the arena will be serving hot food and refreshments throughout the show.
