Friday clear round. Drawn order, timings approximate, depending on entry numbers.

Only open to ponies and riders competing at the large pony premier.

£12 + VAT per round, plus first aid fee.

90cm/1m – 4.30pm approx

1.05m/1.10m – 5.30pm approx

1.15m/1.20m – 6.30pm approx

Stables:

Permanent Stable -£95 including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

Premium Stable (Rubberised) -£115 including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

Premium Stable (Wood Yard) -£115 including two bales of bedding (vaccines in the past 6 months)

Accommodation:

Hook-Up (Duration) – £80

Accommodation (Duration) – £155 per room duration (4 beds, communal showers)

Extras:

Small Hay / Haylage – £8 per bale / £12 per bale

Bedding – £12 per bale

 

First Aid – £5.50 per rider, per day

These will be available on horse monkey the evening before each show day.

Evening Entertainment The bar will be open in the arena on Saturday night.
Vaccination policy if stabling

As per our terms and conditions, all horses STABLING at Aintree EC must have had a booster vaccination against Equine Influenza in the PRECEDING 6 MONTHS, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination.

The last vaccination must have been between the 16th July 2025 and the 9th January 2026.

ALL PASSPORTS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. Horses will not be permitted to stable at Aintree if they do not have the correct vaccinations

Refunds

ENTRY REFUNDS – No entry refunds will be given after the drawn orders have been published.

STABLING REFUNDS – All stabling cancellations will be subject to a £20 admin fee. No stabling , hook-up or accommodation refunds will be given after Friday 2nd January.

Prize Money

Prize Money Notice

Anyone that wins prize money at Aintree International Equestrian Centre needs to update their BACS details on their horse monkey profile.

This information will then be used to transfer the prize money to their bank account.

Please note: It is the competitor’s responsibility to provide bank details in order to be paid prize money. Bank details must be provided via HorseMonkey within 7 days of the event, otherwise prize money will be forfeited.

Refreshments Tophams cafe, which overlooks the arena will be serving hot food and refreshments throughout the show.
