Entries Open Opening soon
Entries Close Entries for the first day (Thursday 22nd January) need to be done by midday on Tuesday 20th January to allow the drawn orders to be done. Further entries need to be done by 4pm at the latest the day before you are jumping. Entries may close early if the days are full.

These will be available on Horse Monkey the evening before each show day.
Stables

Permanent Stable (Duration) – £130.00 inc 2 bales of bedding

Premium Rubber Matted Stable (Duration) – £140.00 inc 2 bales of bedding
Hook Up Hook-Up (Duration) – £100.00
Bedding £12 per bale
Small hay/haylage £8 / £12 per bale
Large haylage £70 per bale (must be pre booked)
Vaccination policy if stabling

As per our terms and conditions, all horses STABLING at Aintree EC must have had a booster vaccination against Equine Influenza in the PRECEDING 6 MONTHS, and be 6 days clear of having had any vaccination.

The last vaccination must have been between the 21st July 2025 and the 15th January 2026.

ALL PASSPORTS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. Horses will not be permitted to stable at Aintree if they do not have the correct vaccinations

Refunds

ENTRY REFUNDS – No entry refunds will be given after the drawn orders have been published.

STABLING REFUNDS – All stabling cancellations will be subject to a £20 admin fee. No stabling , hook-up or accommodation refunds will be given after Wednesday 7th January.
Prize Money

Prize Money Notice

Anyone that wins prize money at Aintree International Equestrian Centre needs to update their BACS details on their horse monkey profile.

This information will then be used to transfer the prize money to their bank account.

Please note: It is the competitor’s responsibility to provide bank details in order to be paid prize money. Bank details must be provided via HorseMonkey within 7 days of the event, otherwise prize money will be forfeited.
Refreshments Tophams cafe, which overlooks the arena will be serving hot food and refreshments throughout the show.
Public/Visitor Status This Show is FREE to come along and watch – no ticket required. Jumping times will be 8am until the evening (depending on entry numbers)
Live Stream This show will be live streamed through Clipmyhorse.TV
